Experience one of my specialized Superhero workouts with Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool Program. This is the exact program Ryan used to prepare for the first Deadpool movie. The program focuses on building a “performance physique”. This is a 5-day training split that allows some flexibility for people with busy lives like Ryan. This program is as intense as you want to make it, so beginners take your time & go easy. But for those with experience who are trying to look like Ryan, go as hard as you $!&%@*# want.

Three Tips for Better Results

1. CONSISTENCY Not Intensity
Oftentimes we think intensity is the key to a rapid transformation. Although intensity plays a role, staying consistent should be your focus.

2. Training Frequency
Strategically hitting each muscle group more frequently so that you can see faster results. A big mistake people make is their workout structure. On this program, I’ll show you how to reach your goals faster through proper training frequency.

3. Nutrition Matters
Results will take more than 30-60 minutes of exercise per day. Nutrition Matters! My nutrition guide contains quality information and principles, as well as, recommended daily eating schedule & a grocery shopping list by category.

This is the first OFFICIAL Deadpool program that I wrote back in 2014, with feedback from Ryan. This program is focused on three elements that let Ryan embody the masked mercenary.
